For print reproduction we also need to know:

•  The medium, e.g., press ad, magazine, brochure etc.
•  Size of reproduction Print run/s
•  Regions covered
•  Duration
•  Number of appearances

For web use we also need to know:

•  Home page or subsequent screens
•  Image size on the screen, e.g., full, 1/2, 1/4 or 1/8 screen
•  Duration of image use
•  Any other details relevant to the exposure of the image/s
