No charges apply for this. If you are in the visual communications business and would like to apply, please submit your details so we can arrange for a password and user name to be issued to you. The information we are seeking is strictly for our own internal use. It will not be passed on to any third party. Please read this Copyright Statement and choose I AGREE or I DISAGREE All images are owned by the individual photographers contributing to the Rural Scenes image library. The images are protected by copyright, which makes it illegal to reproduce them anywhere in the world without permission. That includes their use on the Internet. The preview images on this site are intended for "in-house" use only, typically for placing in page layouts to evaluate their suitability for a particular project. They cannot be otherwise reproduced. The images have been digitally water marked and their copyright details registered with the Digimarc Corporation of Utah U.S.A. Digimarc constantly monitor web sites and print media for any copyright breaches. (see www.digimarc.com) If an unauthorized use is discovered Rural Scenes will bring proceedings to protect its copyright and reserve the right to do so without notice. Rural Scenes will seek the destruction of all works including infringements of its copyright, as well as full damages. When we negotiate reproduction rights in a particular image, we do so on the basis of specific uses of the image. Rural Scenes otherwise reserves ownership of copyright. Limitations apply to the size of the reproduction, the print runs, the territories where the images will appear and other parameters. These are detailed by licensing agreements we enter into with our clients. Additional uses must be negotiated. Any use beyond what has been licensed constitutes an infringement of copyright. |
